45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. 55% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley, of which 18% to 19% are vinified as red wine. 20% to 25% reserve wines from the 2 previous years.

45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir. 18/19% vinified as red wine, 20 to 25% reserve wines from the previous two years.

The color is garnet, tending towards orange. The bubbles are more substantial than its counterparts but remain beautifully fine.

The nose is dominated by small red berries; with a little effort, we can find pomegranate, lychee, or even guava.

The palate is subtle yet characterful: powerful and elegant.

Food/wine pairings: a simple aperitif or a sophisticated dish based on shellfish (cooked shrimp or crab). A dessert featuring the fruits mentioned in the nose will also be a most pleasant pairing.
