Founded in 1987 by Florence Hardy, Maison Médelys, specializing in gourmet products, is a well-known name at the Rungis International Market. Florence Hardy, a Committed Leader

An active member of MIN Rungis, Florence Hardy is the founder and president of UPSG (Union of Gastronomy Professionals) and Commander of the Gastronomes Ambassadeurs de Rungis. She is also involved with UNIGROS and VMAPI, and is co-founder and vice-president of Rabelaisiennes de Rungis, an association for the promotion and development of women's professions at the Rungis Market.
